We then explore the Roman Houses of the Celian Hill and walk along the ancient Clivus Scauri before reaching the impressive Basilica of the Four Crowned Martyrs, a fascinating glimpse into medieval Rome.
Our private car then takes us to the spectacular Park of the Aqueducts, where monumental Roman engineering meets the peaceful Roman countryside. We continue towards the legendary Appian Way, the ancient Regina Viarum, where emperors, soldiers, merchants and travellers once passed.
